I have spent my entire adult life in the meat cutting-processing business. First working at a small corner store in Lapeer then at Meijer all over the northern metro area. I'm still with Meijer but no longer in the meat area. I do have a processing shop set up in what used to be my garage with full capability including sausage making, meat smoking facilities and a walk-in cooler unit.
